Hi, I’m Yanira, a trauma-informed coach and the creator of The Yanira Method. I understand what it feels like to live with the weight of trauma. I’ve been there — the sleepless nights, the constant anxiety, the feeling of being disconnected from yourself and those you love. I know how trauma can quietly shape your mental and physical health, affect your relationships, and steal the joy from everyday life.
My healing journey began after years of carrying pain I didn’t know how to release. With the help of compassionate coaches and holistic practitioners, I learned that healing is possible — and that it begins with feeling safe, seen, and supported. Their guidance changed my life, helping me not only recover from trauma but also discover my calling to help others do the same.
For more than 20 years, I’ve been walking beside others on their path to healing — helping them find peace, strength, and freedom from the effects of trauma, anxiety, stress, and burnout. Along the way, I created The Yanira Method — a trauma-informed approach that blends science, spirituality, and compassion to guide people back to wholeness.
My mission is simple but deeply personal — to create a safe, nurturing space where you can release the past, reconnect with your inner power, and begin to live with peace and purpose again. Healing is not about who you were before the trauma — it’s about discovering who you are beyond it.
