ABOUT YANIRA
I’m Yanira Crespo, a trauma survivor. I know firsthand how trauma can affect your mental and physical health. I know how it can affect your work and home life. I have experienced a lot of trauma myself and recovered with the help of Coaches and Holistic Practitioners. Working with them was life changing. Not only did I learn to heal my trauma, I developed an effective method to help others heal their trauma.
Since then, I have developed a program that helps those suffering from the grave effects of trauma. For over 20 years I have helped hundreds heal and transform their lives. I started the journey in creating my method by becoming a Certified Trauma Informed Coach which led to additional certifications including: Biodecoding, Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Reiki, Past Life Regression, and Akashic Records.
