In each session, your comfort, safety, and trust are our foundation. We’ll meet virtually through phone or virtually, in a space where you feel secure and supported, and move gently at a pace that feels good for you. Together, we’ll explore the deeper roots of your pain with care, helping transform the emotional weight of past experiences so they no longer overwhelm your mind or body. As your nervous system heals and the heaviness lifts, you’ll begin to sleep better, manage stress with more ease, and feel a growing sense of resilience and inner peace. My goal is to help you feel lighter, more empowered, and truly safe within yourself—both in the moments that challenge you and in the moments you’re learning to fully enjoy again.
